I've built. I've failed. I've rebuilt.

My first DTC brand went from $300 in starting capital to $1M+ in revenue and a clean exit, but only after I pivoted the business model out of dropshipping when the margins broke. I've watched plateaus from inside companies that didn't know they were plateaued. I've made bad creative calls and watched them tank ROAS.
